Localfood.co.nz Limited retains the right to remove any content from the website should, in the sole opinion of Localfood.co.nz Limited, any content be considered unsuitable for the website.

Localfood.co.nz Limited does not accept any legal liability for the accuracy of any information contained in any profiles listed on the website.

Localfood.co.nz Limited is not the agent of any registered sellers on the website. When a buyer selects an item to purchase, the website will exchange the email addresses of the buyer and seller. Any transactions between buyers and sellers for products listed on the website are between the buyer and seller. Localfood.co.nz Limited accepts no legal or financial liability whatsoever in regard to such transactions.

Any registered seller who lists alcohol for sale must hold an Off-Sales Licence under the Sale of Liquor Act 1989. Their listing on the website must include the ability for a buyer to declare that the buyer is over the age of 18 years. Localfood.co.nz Limited accepts no legal liability for any matters arising under the provisions of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989.
